Hafslund ASA is a Norwegian power company. The company owns the power grid and district heating in Oslo as well as nine hydroelectric power plants. Hafslund is the largest owner of power grids and the largest end-user seller of electricity in Norway. Though being listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, the City of Oslo retains a 53,7 percent ownership in Hafslund while Fortum owns 34,1 percent. ==Operations== Hafslund is organised into four business areas: * Production * Heat * Networks * Markets Production covers the Group’s hydropower production. Heat is responsible for all assignments connected to the Group’s heating and district heating activities. Networks administers the Group’s grid activities. Markets is responsible for power sales to the retail and business market, the customer service centre and invoicing services.
